MEET HEAD CHEF MATTIA
Mattia brings 17 years of experience to Bibo, shaped by his Italian roots and respect for tradition. He refined his craft at La Forge in Ramatuelle near Saint-Tropez and at Ristorante Dalla Gioconda in Gabicce Monte on the Adriatic coast.
Since moving to Adelaide, he has worked at Chianti and led the kitchen at Roselle’s. At Bibo, Mattia creates authentic, comforting Italian food, dishes designed to be shared and enjoyed, guided by tradition and delivered with warmth.
