Below, you’ll find all the details to help you plan your visit, from bookings and opening hours to everything you need to know before you arrive.
OPENING HOURS
We’re open Monday to Wednesday from 7am–3pm, Thursday to Friday from 7am–9pm. Bookings are recommended for guests dining with us. If you’re just stopping by for a drink, walk-ins are always welcome and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
BOOKINGS
Please make sure you arrive on time for your booking, we will hold your table for 15 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome. We have low tables with chairs, booths for larger groups, a high bar with stools and undercover alfresco dining. Please be aware tables over 8 people are required to be on our feed me menu for $100pp.
PARKING
There’s plenty of on-street parking available including King William Street and College Road.
CHANGING / CANCELLING
For bookings of 8 guests or more, we require a credit card pre-authorisation to confirm your reservation. Nothing will be charged at the time of booking. However, if you cancel within 48 hours or don’t show up, a cancellation fee will apply per person.
For smaller bookings, there’s no cancellation fee, we just ask that you let us know so we can offer the table to other guests.
EVENTS
We love hosting everything from intimate sit-down lunches and dinners to lively celebrations. For groups of 29 or more, events move to a relaxed stand-up format with canapés to keep the flow social and easy.
Minimum spend applies—$2,500 from Monday to Thursday, and $3,000 from Friday to Sunday. We’d be delighted to help plan your next private event. Please contact us via phone or email to plan your next event with us.

Bibo Bar and Eatery is wheelchair and disability friendly. For further information please feel free to reach out to our team in advance or request assistance from our hosts on your arrival.
DIETARIES & ALLERGIES
We’re happy to cater for most dietary requirements. Just let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly. While we take every care, please note we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens due to the nature of our kitchen. At this time, we’re unable to offer a fully vegan menu. We do have gluten-free pasta available, so please let our team know if you would like this instead.
CATERING
Catering is available and we’d love to help where we can. Please reach out to discuss your event and we can go through the details together.
CHILDREN
We love welcoming little ones to Bibo Bar & Eatery. We also have one high chair available, so just let us know when booking if you’ll need it.
DOG FRIENDLY
We love dogs and welcome our furry friends in the alfresco area, we just ask that they please remain on the leash.
